Deleting Your Digital Banking Profile

At River Valley Community Bank, safeguarding your privacy and personal information is a top priority. To meet Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements, we provide customers with the ability to request deletion of their digital banking profile and related data. If you would like to request the deletion of your digital banking profile, please use one of the following options:

  • Website Contact Us Form - Use the Contact Us form on our website and fill out all required information and then enter "Request to Delete Digital Banking Profile" in the How Can We Help box.
  • Online Banking - Login to your Online Banking Account and navigate to Secure Forms and select the Secure Email Form. Fill out the form and in the Subject please type Request to Delete Digital Banking Profile.
  • Phone - Call us at (530) 755-0418, option 1, and request to delete your digital banking profile.

Please Note: Deleting your user profile will remove all data associated with it, including access to online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, online statements, and scheduled transfers.

  • Bill Pay - All payees, history, recurring, and scheduled payments will be permanteltly deleted. Please download any needed information before making your request.
  • Online Statements - Access will be removed, and paper statements will be mailed
  • Scheduled Transfers - Any scheduled transfers will be canceled. To continue transfers after deletion, please contact us.
