Fraud Alert It has come to our attention that fraudsters are spoofing River Valley Community Bank’s Yuba City phone number, 530-755-0418, and calling customers. The callers may claim they are calling from our Auburn branch and may provide a “case number.” These calls are fraudulent. If you receive a call asking for confidential information, do not provide any information. Hang up and contact us directly by typing our phone number (530-755-0418) into your phone and calling us back. Do not return the call using the number that appeared on your caller ID.
