Mike Malmquist

Senior Vice President & Senior Credit Officer

Mike Malmquist is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Credit Officer for River Valley Community Bank. A seasoned credit professional with extensive management experience in commercial banking, expertise in the structuring and origination of new loans, and advanced credit portfolio management skills, Mike brings a deep understanding of credit strategy and risk oversight to his role. He leads our credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring and loan administration teams, further strengthening our new loan origination process, analytical oversight of our credit portfolio and risk mitigation efforts. Mike and his wife Vicky enjoy the outdoors and love spending time with their daughter and son-in-law. He is committed to community service and has experience as a director on boards of organizations focused on regional economic development, youth sports, and risk management, as well as various volunteer activities. Mike holds a BS in Business and Administrative Studies with a minor in Economics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
