Robert (Bob) F. Sinclair

Director

Bob Sinclair is a director of the Bank and resides in South Placer County. He has practiced law in Placer County since 1979 and is a current partner at the firm Sinclair, Wilson, Baldo & Chamberlain, with offices in Roseville and Auburn. Mr. Sinclair has been deeply involved in the South Placer County community, including serving as long-term member and president of the Roseville Rotary Club, membership in the Roseville and Rocklin Chambers of Commerce, president of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce in 2006, and recipient of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce’s Edward M. Friedman Community Service Award in 2014. For the past nine years he has been an elected Trustee and is the current president of the Board of Trustees of Sierra Community College. Prior to its sale in 2018, Mr. Sinclair was a member of the Board of Directors of Community 1st Bank, headquartered in South Placer County, and served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors and on its loan and audit committees. Mr. Sinclair attended the University of California, Davis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics. He attended Santa Clara University, School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 1977.
